Roles / 角色

For Account, billing, support and website-usage data, 艾米亞創意行銷企業社 is the collector/controller. For End-User / Customer Data you process through the Service, you are generally the controller and we act as your processor under your instructions and Service settings.

就帳戶／帳單／網站使用資料，我們為蒐集者；就您透過本服務處理之終端使用者／客戶資料，您通常為蒐集者，我們為受託處理者。

Google user data disclosure

REAL, operated by 艾米亞創意行銷企業社, accesses Google user data only after you authorize Google OAuth for YouTube. Via the YouTube Data API (youtube.force-ssl), REAL reads your YouTube channel information and video comments, and posts public comment replies you configure. We do not access YouTube DMs, do not upload, edit, or delete videos, and do not sell Google / YouTube user data. Data is used solely to provide the automation features you enable. You may revoke access at any time in the dashboard or via your Google Account permissions.

We comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Data protection mechanisms for sensitive data / 敏感資料保護機制

We apply the following technical and organizational safeguards to personal data and sensitive user data obtained through Google / YouTube APIs (including OAuth access and refresh tokens, YouTube channel identifiers, video comment content retrieved via the API, and related authorization metadata):

• Encryption in transit: All website and API traffic uses HTTPS / TLS.
• Protection at rest & token handling: Production databases and sensitive fields are access-controlled. OAuth tokens are used only by backend services, are not exposed in plaintext to the frontend, and are not written to public logs.
• Access control & least privilege: Only authorized service processes and personnel may access data required to operate the Service, with need-to-know controls and operational logging.
• Limited Use: Google / YouTube user data is used only to provide, maintain, and improve the features you request. It is not used for advertising, resale, creditworthiness, or unrelated purposes.
• Retention & deletion: After you disconnect a YouTube channel or delete your account, we stop using related tokens and delete or anonymize authorization data and associated cached API content within a reasonable period (except where retention is required by law, billing, or dispute resolution). Operational logs are rotated and purged.
• Monitoring: We review access, errors, and security-related events and take remedial action when anomalies are detected.

政策概述與適用範圍

本隱私權政策由艾米亞創意行銷企業社訂定，適用於您使用 REAL 網站、後台與相關服務時之個人資料處理，並與服務條款一併適用。本政策依中華民國《個人資料保護法》第 8／9 條告知事項撰寫。

蒐集之個人資料類別

• 帳戶資料：電子郵件、顯示名稱、密碼雜湊
• 社群連結資料：您授權之粉絲專頁／YouTube 頻道 ID、存取權杖／重新整理權杖、顯示名稱與權限範圍
• 服務設定／客戶資料：自動回覆規則、流程、廣播、上傳素材與客戶名單、留言／私訊處理紀錄
• 技術與付款相關資料（Stripe 處理付款；我們不存完整卡號）
• 本服務不以蒐集特種個人資料為目的；請勿上傳病歷、醫療、基因、性生活、健康檢查或犯罪前科等資料

特定目的與利用期間／地區／對象／方式

特定目的包含：契約履行（自動化與訊息管理）、帳務金流、客服與通知、資安與平台濫用防制、法令／平台合規，以及去識別／彙總後之服務改善。我們不會出售個人資料。

利用期間：自使用本服務起至帳戶刪除或目的消滅／依保存政策刪除或匿名化為止（帳務稅務、爭議或法令另有規定除外）。利用地區：主要為中華民國（臺灣），並可能於雲端、金流或平台服務商所在地處理。利用對象：經授權人員、必要子處理者（雲端／金流／郵件等）、您授權之第三方平台，以及依法有權機關。利用方式：資訊系統自動化與必要人工輔助，並採行與風險相符之安全措施。

受託處理（DPA）摘要

When we process Customer personal data as your processor, we: follow your documented instructions and Service settings; keep personnel under confidentiality; apply security measures; use subprocessors under appropriate contracts; assist with data-subject and incident obligations where reasonable; and delete or return data after termination/disconnect except legal retention. Business customers may request a written DPA.

就客戶個人資料擔任受託處理者時：依您的指示與設定處理、人員保密、採取安全措施、以契約拘束子處理者、合理協助當事人請求與事故通知，並於終止／解除連結後刪除或返還（法令保存除外）。企業客戶可另行索取書面 DPA。

社群平台連線、刪除請求與 YouTube

Meta／Instagram／Threads／YouTube 透過官方 OAuth 與官方 API 連線。我們不要求、不儲存 Instagram／Facebook 登入密碼，亦不匯入平台登入用的 session Cookie 來模擬登入。授權後僅在範圍內讀取頻道／留言並公開回覆（YouTube 不含私訊）。若平台發出使用者資料刪除請求，或您解除連結／刪除帳戶，我們將於合理期間停止使用權杖並刪除或匿名化對應資料（法令或帳務爭議所需除外）。

跨境、子處理者與權利行使

子處理者類別含雲端託管、Stripe 等金流、社群平台 API、交易郵件（如有）。跨境傳輸時依個資法採取適當保護。您得請求查詢／閱覽、製給複本、補充更正、停止處理或刪除；請寄 support@realvip.cc，或透過個資權利線上申請／「聯絡我們」，並配合身分驗證。我們原則於三十日內回覆。拒絕提供必要資料可能無法註冊或使用對應功能。行銷通知可隨時要求停止。

Cookie、未成年人、資安事件與申訴

Cookie／localStorage 用於必要登入、語言與安全（不含向您索取 Instagram／Facebook 登入 session Cookie）。本服務不以未成年人為對象。若發生個人資料安全事故，我們將依法補救，並於法令要求時通知當事人／主管機關；若影響您作為控管者之客戶資料，將於知悉後合理期間通知您。不服處理結果時，除再次聯繫我們外，亦得向個人資料保護主管機關申訴。
